per hour for your group
Your price depends on your Local Pal, duration, and plan.
What’s included
The booking price covers your Local Pal’s time unless otherwise stated.
What’s extra
Your meals, transportation, tickets, shopping, and other personal expenses are separate. If your plan requires additional costs for your Pal—such as tickets, special transportation, or a set-menu meal—we’ll explain these before you book.

What is a Local Pal?
A Local Pal is someone who lives in the city and spends the day exploring with you.
Your Local Pal joins you for an experience shaped around how you want to spend your time, rather than following a fixed route or script. They can share local context, help you navigate the city, and make the day feel more like exploring with someone who lives there.

Choose your Local Pal
We’ll recommend a few people who could be your kind of company. Watch their introductions and choose who you’d like to meet.
We’ll shape your day
Our team designs the experience around your interests, your chosen Pal, and your pace. Fine-tune the plan with us.
Book, then say hello
Confirm your plan and price, complete your booking, and meet your Pal. We’ll take care of the arrangements.
Is this a traditional tour?
Not really.
There doesn’t have to be a fixed route, a checklist of attractions, or a memorized history lesson. Your experience is built around what you want to do.
You might explore a neighborhood, try local food, visit design shops, browse record stores, or simply wander and see where the day takes you.
Can I change the itinerary?
Absolutely. The itinerary is meant to give the day some direction, not lock you into a schedule.
Before booking, you can ask us to revise the plan. During the experience, you and your Local Pal can also adjust things depending on your mood, timing, weather, or something interesting you discover along the way.
What if I don’t like the Local Pal options?
Tell us.
The match matters, and you’re never required to book someone who doesn’t feel right. If the first options aren’t a fit, we’ll do our best to suggest someone else.
Cancellations & refunds
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your experience starts and you’ll receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are generally non-refundable, although we may review exceptional circumstances case by case.

What happens if my Local Pal cancels?
If your Local Pal has to cancel, we’ll first try to find you another Pal you’re happy with.
If we can’t arrange a suitable replacement, you’ll receive a full refund.
